About Ra-Ve Cultural Foundation
Who We Are
Founded in 2018, Our mission is to share and celebrate traditional Indian performing arts with the Northwest Arkansas community. Through real world experiences, inspiring performances, community showcases, classes, food, or jam sessions the Ra-Ve Cultural Foundation sponsors events, provides education, and offers training in the arts and culture of India.
Ra-Ve Cultural Foundation brings the richness of Indian performing arts to Northwest Arkansas through 24 annual events spanning performances, community engagement, and educational initiatives. We believe that art connects, educates, and preserves cultural roots, ensuring these traditions remain vibrant for future generations.
Our Programs
Professional Series: This series supports local Indian Traditional dance and music artists while providing performance opportunities beyond Northwest Arkansas. With events like Yuva Utsav, it also showcases young Indian-origin artists from across the U.S., inspiring our local community.
Community Engagement Series: Fostering cultural connections through intimate experiences like Chai Time (interactive discussions) and House Concerts (up-close performances in personal settings).
Master Concert: A grand event featuring iconic artists, offering an unparalleled artistic experience to our community.
Collaborations & Impact
We partner with institutions like Walton Arts Center, Crystal Bridges Museum, Momentary, and local Libraries, school & universities to create broader cultural awareness and appreciation. These initiatives require sustained support to continue enriching our community.
