Now more than ever, it's important to show that
preserving the cultural traditions of
immigrant communities is good for ALL of us.

As a Board Member of RA-VE Cultural Foundation (Ra-Ve), I'm  specifically advocating for the celebration and preservation of Indian cultural traditions, which:

• Build community between Indian and non-Indian people.
• Bridge generations, particularly between those who were born and raised in India and their children or grandchildren who are American-born.
• Connect young Indian-Americans with the ancestral heritage, helping them to live more fully in their dual cultural identities.
• Foster greater appreciation of Indian arts in the larger community.

Ra-Ve ensures that Indian performing arts continues to thrive and enrich the diverse community that is Northwest Arkansas by creating spaces where traditions are honored, artists are nurtured, and audiences of all backgrounds can engage with the beauty and depth of Indian classical and folk arts.

We do this by presenting world-class artists and enriching educational experiences, and creating performance opportunities for local talent. 

Without RA-VE, these invaluable traditions risk being lost over time, depriving future generations of their cultural roots.

For my friends living OUTSIDE of Northwest Arkansas: A charitable one-time or recurring donation would be highly impactful and deeply appreciated. (And, of course, please like and share my Ra-Ve posts, particularly to friends you have in Northwest Arkansas.)

For my friends living INSIDE NWA: Membership and social media advocacy would be an ideal forms of support. Your monthly or annual contribution will provide stable funding to helps us:

• Present world-class performances
• Educate local learners (student and adult) through masterclasses
• Support local artists
• Plan long-term initiatives
• Expand educational outreach into schools and the community, and 
• Host meaningful cultural events.
