2026 Food Distribution

At the GFA Pantry in Gentry, Arkansas, every number represents a neighbor, a family, and a story.

Each week, volunteers gather around tables to sort donations, organize shelves, and prepare food boxes that will go directly to families facing food insecurity in our community. What may look like a table of canned goods or fresh produce represents something much greater. It represents hope, dignity, and care for neighbors who need support.

The GFA Pantry exists to be a Beacon of Hope for individuals and families experiencing food insecurity across Northwest Arkansas. Every Tuesday morning, families arrive knowing they will be welcomed with compassion and served with dignity.

Through the generosity of our community and the dedication of volunteers, the pantry provides a dry goods box filled with pantry staples and a cold box that may include produce, eggs, milk, and protein when available.

The need continues to grow, and the impact of this work is significant.

In the past year alone, the GFA Pantry:

• Served over 4,100 families
• Distributed more than 58,000 pounds of food
• Provided support to households across Benton County and surrounding communities
• Welcomed families with children, seniors, and individuals navigating difficult seasons of life

Behind every one of these numbers is a story. A parent stretching a grocery budget. A senior living on a fixed income. A family navigating an unexpected hardship.
