Today, nearly 23% of Arkansas children struggle with basic literacy. For families facing low-income challenges, language barriers, or instability, the path to success is even steeper. In a year when many families are experiencing uncertainty, our programs have become more than academic support, they are a source of belonging and hope.

At OneCommunity, we provide bilingual literacy and leadership programs that help children read confidently, think critically, and grow as leaders. Since 2009, we’ve supported hundreds of children through programs like Feed Your Brain and Science Action Club. Every book, every lesson, every moment of encouragement moves a child closer to the future they deserve.

This work is personal to me, and the need is urgent. To show my commitment, I will personally match every donation I receive.

No donation is too small, or too large as it directly fuels books, reading sessions, family workshops, and the consistent support from our staff that work hard to change each child’s trajectory.
