Join TASC and NWA Gives 

Thursday, April 6th for an epic day of giving.

TASC provided services to 1,564 teens in 2022

• 1100 hours of individual & group counseling provided for free to low-cost to 190 teens through our Restore Program.
• Over $20,000 in physical resources provided to teens in need in the community and 27 teens received 1-on-1 mentorship through our Thrive Program.
• 39 teens and 29 babies received resources and support through our First Steps program.
• $18,462 of service provided in the community by teens at TASC and 1086 hours of service projects completed through our Inservice Program.
• 11 teaching artists taught teens a variety of skills throughout the year. The Teen Audio Group hosted its first concert last spring through our Arts and Culture Program. 

Here is how your donation can help TASC provide for teens in our community:

$250 - provides a bucket list summer experience for a teen (summer camp with food and local experiences)

$200 - provides a teen 1 night stay for emergency housing and necessities that include personal care items and clothes.

$100 - provides access to restorative therapy services for a teen

$75 - provides transportation services for teens to events and activities

$50 - provides parenting teen with access to formula, diapers, and baby food

Daniela's Story

"Before coming to TASC I was in the worst stage of my life. I had many challenges to face but I will certainly never forget when I become homeless. I did not have money to buy food and much less a bed. It was a difficult stage because the stress of homelessness and the pressure of finishing High School was consuming me. After school, I had to work 8 hours a day and on weekends I worked 12 hours, and I was in school full time. At that time I felt lonely." 

"TASC has given me many things that have helped me in my life and to grow as a person. For example, Abby has helped me find simple solutions to problems, where calm comes after the storm and showed me that I am not as alone as I thought. Also, TASC has helped me navigate my first years of college in finding scholarships and support with schoolwork."
