Empower Kids Through Soccer!

Hello, my name is Ibrahim, and I have been playing soccer since I was three years old. I am honored to play for the Arkansas Comets Soccer Club.

I created this fundraiser for one simple reason: I want every child to have the opportunity to play and train with the Comets, one of the top soccer clubs in our state. As a nonprofit organization, resources are limited, and some families face financial hardships when it comes to paying the annual $1,400 player fees. Through this fundraiser, my goal is to help create SEVEN scholarships this year.

Soccer is incredibly important to me. I spend countless hours training and playing, and much of my year revolves around the sport. Beyond the game itself, soccer has played a major role in my personal growth. Through both the highs and lows, it has taught me leadership, confidence, patience, discipline, and perseverance. It has also shown me the importance of pursuing your passions and working hard to achieve your goals.

I do not want a single child to have to choose between their love for soccer and financial limitations. Every kid deserves the chance to learn, grow, compete, and be part of a team.

Your donation will help cover important soccer expenses for youth, including:

• Professional coaching and training

• Uniform costs

• Referee fees

• Player registration fees

• Player insurance

• Field and facility expenses

Our Mission is to develop great individuals through the amazing sport of soccer!  

 The Comets Futbol Club was the first youth soccer club in Arkansas. We were founded by soccer coaches in 1993, and we are still led by soccer coaches today. We have over 550 youth players between the ages of 5 and 18. We have had the privilege of helping over 250 players reach their goal of playing college soccer. 

     We are a non-profit youth organization. We aim to always keep the kids inside our organization challenged while also having an environment that is fun. We believe for kids to reach their full potential they need to have a true love for the game.

      This is why we hire coaches that have experience, knowledge of the game, and a passion for working with youth. We maintain relationships inside and outside the state to keep our teams challenged. 

       We offer payment plans and work with our community to provide sponsorships to kids and families in need. The Comet's soccer field has and always will be a safe haven for kids to grow and learn.
