NWA Gives Rules

1. Eligibility: Any organization classified as a 501c3 or a unit of government (such as a library) that serves one of our 7 counties (Benton, Washington, Carroll, Madison, Crawford, Franklin or Sebastian) is eligible to participate in NWA Gives.

2. Donations: Only donations made online through the NWA Gives website will be counted towards leaderboard totals and other prizes. A participating organization may not make a donation to its own fundraising page to help secure a prize. Any individual, including personnel employed by or affiliated with a participating organization, may donate. Only the authorized credit card holder may donate on the NWA Gives website. A third party may not use the donor’s card information to make donations on behalf of the donor, and participating organizations may not encourage an individual to make donations using multiple email names or email addresses in order to increase unique donor total.

3. Offline Donations: cash or check donations do not count towards any of the prizes.
4. Prizes:
   • Early giving donations (donations made starting March 27 at 8am) count toward the leaderboards (Small, Medium, Large, and New Participants) but do not count for day of timed prizes. Timed prizes include random hourly drawings and Power Hours.
   • Organizations may win only ONE Power Hour Prize and ONE random hourly drawing. 
   • Nonprofits may win ONE main leaderboard prize (Small Organization Leaderboard, Medium Organization Leaderboard, Large Organization Leaderboard.) For organizations participating in the New Participants leaderboard, these organizations have the opportunity to win up to two leaderboard prizes (New Participants Leaderboard + one of the main leaderboard prizes.)
   • Prizes are awarded in the order they are received.
5. Final winners will be announced by NWA Gives within 2 business days after the event.
