Positive Energy Affecting Recovering Lives

Positive Energy Affecting Recovering Lives (P.E.A.R.L.) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation that supports individuals recovering from substance use. 

Recovery is an ongoing struggle, and many individuals face daily challenges, challenges that if left unmet, can drastically impair their ability to ever recover from substance use. Some of these challenges include difficulties attaining employment, housing, financial support, and/or or social support. 

That's where we come in! At P.E.A.R.L., we help people recovering from substance use, through a number of different programs, meet their needs and overcome their daily challenges. Many of our programs are tailored to each individual's specific situation, and include transitional housing, financial literacy, educational opportunities, support services, peer-to-peer services, recovery resources, harm reduction, and many more! Additionally, our programs are available not only to the NWA recovering community, but also to Specialty Court participants.

We believe that when recovering men and women are given the help that they need, instead of feeling excluded from and stigmatized by their community, they receive an invaluable, and life changing resource in their recovery. And P.E.A.R.L. inspires people with substance use disorders to embrace the process of change through which people improve their health and wellness, live self-directed lives, and strive to reach their full potential.
