OJVC is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that has been assisting in the healthy development of youth athletes, between the ages of 5 to 18 for 27 years. Our mission has been to build, create and support a safe, inclusive and positive volleyball experience for youth athletes throughout NWA and the region. Our focus is to lead, serve and inspire the volleyball community to achieve excellence at every level of the sport within the Delta Region of USA Volleyball. Our continued purpose is to strive to provide our athletes with all of life's lessons, including time management, commitment, initiative, conflict resolution and so many more, that will help them be successful in their lives after the game.
