Where Hope Takes Shape
Every quilt begins with a single piece of fabric — carefully chosen, deliberately placed, stitched together with intention. At EverHope, our programs work the same way. Each one distinct. Each one essential. Together, they wrap children in something they may have never had before: safety, stability, and the chance to heal.
This is where hope takes shape.
Through Emergency Shelter, Foster Care, and Education, we walk alongside children and families at some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives — meeting them in crisis, in classrooms, and in the spaces between. Every program is a vital piece of the larger story. Every story is stitched into something bigger.
Where safety takes shape — Emergency
When a child cannot stay home, EverHope becomes their safe landing place. As the largest emergency shelter in Arkansas, we provide immediate care, onsite education through Horizon Academy, therapy, and the steady consistency children need to begin healing. Most arrive carrying trauma and very little else. What they find here is a place that holds them.
Where belonging takes shape — Foster Care
More than 450 children enter foster care in Northwest Arkansas every year. EverHope recruits, licenses, and supports foster families across our region so that every child has access to a safe, loving home — and no child faces that transition alone. Strong families mean fewer disruptions. Fewer disruptions mean children can finally begin to settle.
Where regulation takes shape — Education
From Horizon Academy inside our shelter, to trained staff working in Springdale's K–8 classrooms through the EverHope School Project, to Life Skills programming for youth ages 14–18 — our education programs meet children exactly where they are. Helping them name what they feel. Build resilience. And keep moving forward.
Where independence takes shape — Pathway to Adulthood
For older youth stepping toward adulthood, EverHope walks alongside them as they build the practical tools, confidence, and connections they need to thrive beyond our care. This piece of the quilt is still being stitched — and it is already changing lives.
Your gift is part of the pattern.
On April 9, NWA Gives Day gives our entire community the chance to add their piece to this quilt — to help stitch together safety, belonging, regulation, and independence for children who need it most.
Every dollar. Every donor. Every piece matters.
This is where hope takes shape — and it starts with you.
