Furniture Friends NWA exists to help international snts and refugee families feel truly at home. We meet practical needs by providing quality furniture items — while also creating opportunities for meaningful friendships and community where God's hope and love can be shared and experienced.

What We Do

🏠 Furnishing Homes
Each year, we help furnish more than 300 apartments, transforming empty spaces into comfortable homes (made possible by furniture donations from the community).

🤝 Building Friendships
Our volunteers from local churches don’t just deliver furniture — they extend welcome, kindness, and ongoing connection (we partner with 12+ churches each year).

🛒 Transportation Support
We organize volunteer-led ride weekends to grocery stores and international markets for international families who don't have their own vehicle.

🌍 Community & Cultural Events
We host gatherings that bring internationals and Americans together, including:

      • Holiday connections (including Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's, etc)

      • Relationship-building opportunities

      • Sports opportunities (internationals learning American sports & American's learning international sports).

🎁 Welcoming New Arrivals
We provide welcome gifts for newly arrived international students and refugee families — creating a natural bridge for new friendships.
