Circles NWA is a community-driven program that works to increase upward mobility for individuals and families in poverty in Northwest Arkansas. Based on the national Circles®USA model, the Circles program builds intentional relationships (social capital) across socioeconomic lines that help open up long-term pathways for economic mobility and self sufficiency.

It is our strongest belief at Circles that those closet to the problems must play a significant leadership role in identifying the needed solutions to poverty in Northwest Arkansas. At Circles, our participants are called Circle Leaders and they are matched with 2-3 volunteer Allies who commit to walking alongside their Circle Leader as they set goals to improve their lives, increase their income, and expand their social networks.
