Mentorship meets kids where they are, helping them grow into confident, successful individuals. It boosts school performance, opens new paths, creates lasting opportunities AND it grows with us!! Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwest Arkansas is stepping boldly into the future. 

Moving into 2026, we’re expanding in two powerful ways:

• Fort Smith Expansion: For the first time, we are doubling our service area to include Sebastian and Crawford Counties. We're bringing mentorship opportunities to more young people and families.

• Big Futures Program: We’re extending support for youth beyond high school, offering guidance for young adults ages 18–25 as they pursue college, careers, and independence.

Our board has invested $75,000 to launch Fort Smith. Now, we’re challenging our community to match that investment. Together, we can fuel a season of growth unlike anything in our 30-year history.
